Playing without an account

Your tiles, saved games, preferences and practice progress are stored on your device. Native gameplay assets are bundled for offline use. This release does not scan or upload tile photos. We do not use advertising identifiers, cross-app advertising tracking or advertising SDKs.

Optional accounts and subscriptions

Where sign-in is available, Supabase processes your email address, account identifier and authentication session to send sign-in codes and maintain your account. Native sessions use secure device storage; web sessions use browser storage. An account is optional for free play.

Where subscriptions are available, RevenueCat processes your app user identifier, purchase and entitlement records, and technical information needed to validate purchases. Signing in links that subscription identifier to your account so access can be shared between iOS and Android. Apple or Google processes payment details; we do not receive your payment card number. Unlocked testing builds do not initiate subscription purchases.

Support and website access

If you email us, we process your email address and the information you provide to answer your request. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Vercel hosts our website and may process IP addresses and ordinary connection/security logs to deliver and protect it. Service providers may process information outside your country under their applicable service and data-protection terms.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until you clear app/browser storage or remove it from the device; device backups may retain a copy under your backup settings. Account information is kept while your account is active. On a verified deletion request, we remove the account and request deletion of the linked RevenueCat customer record. We aim to complete requests within 30 days and will explain any delay or legally required retention.

Apple and Google retain their own transaction records under their policies; deleting this app account does not erase store purchase history or cancel a subscription. Records required for legal obligations, security or resolving a dispute may be retained for that purpose. Provider backup copies expire under their backup schedules and are not used to restore an account you asked us to delete. Support correspondence is kept only as needed to handle your enquiry and any related obligations.

Your choices

Use Membership → Delete account when signed in, or follow our web deletion instructions. You may also contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information held about you, or to raise a privacy concern. We may verify ownership before acting. Free play does not require an account.

Children and policy changes

We do not knowingly collect children's personal information without appropriate permission. Contact us if a child has provided personal information so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate. We will update this page and its effective date when our data practices change.
